yesterday had campcraft training!!
It was torture!!
had to do 3 sets of push-ups...2 sets of jumping jacks...5 rounds around de parade square all these without stopping!!
push-ups...not jus normal push-ups...
1st set...5 push-ups...when go down mus stay for 10seconds...bt the 10seconds which sir counts was lyk 15-20 seconds!!!
2nd set another 5 push-ups...when go down,mus stay at that position(the position when u go down when doing push-up) n do 10 push-ups...so total mus do 50 push-ups...(in a harder way)
3rd set another 20 push-ups....this tym normal...
2 sets of jumping jacks total of 20 counts each...
Not to forget did bridging oso...walao mus stay for 2 min sia!!jia fa,julian n me made puddles of water with our sweat!!!
